Designed to help students understand the major functions of management (planning, organizing, leading and controlling) as well as the significance of each function in relationship to the existence of the firm. Considers setting and accomplishing goals via human, physical and other resources of both individuals and groups as well as an analysis of communication and ethics within the organization.

Includes an analysis of domestic and international markets as they relate to management.

Additionally, special topics related to management evolve throughout the course.
